Return/Exchange My Order

Need to return or exchange an order? Here's how:

1. Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

2. Email us at support@vilasha.in with:

   • Order number

   • Product name or code

   • Reason for return/exchange

   • Photos, if the item is defective or different from your order

3. Once approved, we’ll send return shipping instructions.

4. Pack securely, and ship back using a reliable courier.

5. We’ll confirm receipt and inspect the item within 7–10 business days.

6. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Exchanges will be fulfilled if the alternate item is in stock.

7. Note: Returns are not accepted for damaged due to misuse or wrong-sized items (unless incorrect size details were provided by us).
