Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. Here’s how returns work:

• Eligibility: Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, if unused, in original packaging.

• Process: Email us your order details at support@vilasha.in for return authorization.

• Exceptions: Items may be non-returnable due to hygiene or product type—check individual descriptions.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

• Return shipping is borne by you unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
